We recommend a competent person plan and carry out this installation. Please check the building plans for any underground pipes or cables.

Items to have in mind prior to installing:

  • The outdoor kiosk requires a power and data cable, please factor in a cable run prior to installation.

  • Be aware of the type of ground you are fixing into.

  • Please leave a 30mm distance from the base to any wall for access to the machine.

  • If you are installing a concrete base, the suggested size would be 1 meter x 1 meter.

The mounting surface needs to be levelled and uncracked concrete of a recommended minimum thickness of 250mm, and minimum quality C20/25. The suggested size would be 1 meter x 1 meter.

  • Drill hole for 6 Expansion-anchors (e.g. HILTI HSA)

  • Size: M8

  • Bolt length: 100mm

  • Depth of drill hole: 116mm.

  • The physical installation must be able to hold a pull of 2 tons and support a weight of 300kg.

The Base-frame can be used as a template to mark up and drill holes. Level the Base-frame if needed and fix it to the ground. The holes are slotted to enable some adjustment of position.

The below is meant as a guideline to plan the installation, for any physical installation requirements please contact a suitable engineer who will advise based on these details.

Install fixing points

  • Position the outdoor kiosk in place and fix using the correct fixings for the type of material you have drilled into.

  • Suggested fixings are M8 x 100mm or 120mm.

  • There is a template below to show the fixing points, however, we would recommend waiting until you position the hardware in place.
