It is very easy to customise your Appointment Summary PDF to a branded version. You can add a Header, a Footer, your logo...or all of these to customise this document.

  1. In your Dashboard, go to Customer Notifications, and then choose PDF Settings

2. To amend the Header, Enable Document Header, then you can type in a Left Header, Right Header, or have both.

When you are done, click the Preview button to check your new Header(s)

3. To add your Logo to the top of the Appointment Summary PDF, Enable Logo, then choose Select a custom logo. Then, select a logo from your PC or network.

If you need to resize your logo and you aren't sure how to do this, click here for Windows 10 or here for Windows 11.

You can choose Left, Right or Centre for your logo, then click Preview to check it is perfect.

4. Finally, you can customise your Footer exactly the same way you customised the Header. In the Footer, you can add important policies or terms, or just take the opportunity to say Thank you!

And this is how your customised Appointment Summary PDF could look:
