How to share service or question with other shops in the group?

Increase efficiency by sharing already created services or questions within your account.

To share service or question with other shops within dealer group, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Tjekvik Dashboard

  2. Click Services & Questions under the Admin Tools tab

  3. Select one of the tabs below the filters:

    1. Check-In Services

    2. Check-In Questions

    3. Check-Out Questions

  4. Use filter or scroll though the page to find respective service or questions that you want to share

  5. Click Share button

  6. Tick respective shop (find them using search bar or by scrolling through the list)

  7. Activate this service or question (this will be also possible directly in target shop afterwards)

  8. Click Update Shops to fianzlie sharing

If you would like that we delete all questions and services that you currently have, please contact [email protected].

Important:

  1. Whenever shared service or question is updated, it will be immediately reflected in all shops that "received" those service or question.

  2. Shared service or questions cannot be changed in target shop:

    1. you can change visibility by enable/disable toggle

    2. you can update update notifications

  3. Shared service or questions cannot be deleted in target shop:

    1. you can disable service or questions (using toggle) if you don't want to use it in the customer journey

  4. Shared service or question can be duplicated in target shop:

    1. use Action button and Duplicate option from dropdown
