Please open all lockers using the button on the wire or Appointment Manager. Instructions can be found in this article: How to manually open lockers - Outdoor kiosk
Once all the lockers are open, turn off all power to the kiosk. You do this by opening the top of the cabinet and pressing the Circuit Breaker down (red arrow).
Then turn off the power at the UPS (above the circuit breaker) and that light should go off.
Every Mechanical lock has 2 connectors (in yellow circle). These need to be disconnected to reset the locker status. Disconnect these 2 connectors, working from #1 down to #10.
To disconnect these connections, you need to squeeze the bar (yellow arrows) to release the hook (red arrow), and then you can pull apart the plug and socket.
When all are disconnected, close the locker doors.
Then, going from #1 to #10, reconnect all of the connectors you disconnected in Step 5.
Turn the kiosk on again using the Circuit Breaker (Step 2), and UPS (Step 3) and restart the kiosk. (you may need to press the restart button which is on top of the PC, at the back left).
Test by opening some lockers using Appointment Manager.
Then close each locker and confirm that the Appointment Manager shows they are closed.
