Learn how to prepare your customers for checkout and provide a payment link by following these steps or by watching the video.
Within the appointment click move to ready for check-out
Enter the parking number or click the image on the map
Select the kiosk & confirm the mobile number
Click yes to send the payment link
Enter the invoice number, and amount and attach the invoice if required.
Add comments or use the standard comments and press confirm
Open the locker on the terminal and place the keys ready to be collected by the customer.
You can download the invoice from within the appointment at a later date if required.
The customer can download the invoice from the payment screen or from within the payment email (below)
