Categorising your products and services will allow benchmark data and insights to be achieved. We can advise you on optimised product sales based on country, dealer group and brand.
To categorise your existing services and questions:
Login to your Tjekvik Dashboard
Click Flow specific settings (check-in, check out, etc.) under the Admin Tools tab
Select the Check-in Flow at the top of the page
Scroll down until you see the Services/Questions section
Click on the item you wish to categorise
Select Product Category and choose a category from the drop-down menu
Confirm you are happy with the details including; Price, Product Code, Text & Picture (A category image will be provided if nothing has been uploaded)
Add value to your questions
Add your Answers and select Answer Type
For reporting purposes, enter the item's average value (this is not visible to customers)
Press the Save button.
Do not forget to add your notifications to your services and questions
To set up notifications, press the green notifications button
Turn the toggle on for the required option and enter the email recipients
Press the Save Changes button
