To add questions for customers to choose from and increase your sales leads, follow the steps below.
Login to your Tjekvik Dashboard
Click Flow specific settings (check in, check out, etc.) under the Admin Tools tab
Select the Check-in Flow at the top of the page
Scroll down until you see the Questions section and select Retail if not already selected
Click Add Question for Retail Group
Select Product Category and choose a category from the drop-down menu
Fill in the details including; Price, Product Code, Terms & Add a Picture (A category image will be provided)
Press the Save button
To set up notifications for your team
Login to your Tjekvik Dashboard
Click Flow specific settings (check in, check out, etc.) under the Admin Tools tab
Select the Check-in Flow at the top of the page
Scroll down until you see the Questions section and select Retail if not already selected
Find the question you would like to get notified for
Click the Green Notifications button
Enable the toggle for the option you would like to receive notifications for; (I.e. Yes Please)
Enter an Email address in the E-mail Recipients field where you want the notifications to be sent.
Click Save Changes
