3.1 - Filter what is shown to your customers

Learn how to filter which data from your DMS is shown to your customers on Tjekvik home and kiosk check-in.

Work order detail filters allow you to customise the information that your customers see about their repair. You can easily allow and restrict certain aspects of the repair by using our toggle buttons.

Using this feature will provide your customers with a detailed view of the work their vehicle is booked for. We have supplied an example below -

To filter out what your customer sees about the repair during check-in, follow the steps below.

  1. Login to your Tjekvik Dashboard

  2. Click General Shop Settings under the Admin Tools tab

  3. Select Filters from the top tab

  4. Scroll down until you see work order filter details

  5. From here you can toggle on/off the filters you would like your customers to see

  6. Press the Save button
