2.0 - Notify your customers about tomorrow's appointment

The home check-in sms and email prompts the customers about tomorrow's appointment to motivate him or her to check in from home

To enable this option please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Tjekvik dashboard and click General Shop Settings

  2. Click on the customer communication tab

  3. Scroll down and enable Customer Home Check-In SMS and Customer Home Check-In Email

  4. Press save, we would suggest you create a test appointment so you are able to test the check-in flow which your customers will be following.

You can send individual appointment notifications following the below steps within the appointment itself.

  1. Within the appointment, click on the drop-down to send home check-in SMS/EMAIL or where possible In-App.

  2. Click which option you would like to send

  3. Home check-in SMS notification triggered.
