Send your customers branded URLs on the home check-in SMS & Email.

You can now send dealer-branded URLs on the home check-in SMS and email.

Adding your brand's URL to the home check-in reminder will increase customer interaction with Tjekvik, as well as give them a reassuring continuity.

  1. To have this setup, please ask your IT department to set up URL forwarding within your DNS from: https://www.your_dealer_domain.com/*Booking_code* to https://h.tjekvik.com/s/*Booking_code*

  2. Within your Tjekvik application Dashboard, go into General Shop Settings and input your URL into the "Individual domain" field.

  3. Add "@INDIVIDUAL_LINK@" into the Home check-in custom text.

    (If you cannot see this field in your Dashboard, please email [email protected] requesting custom home check-in)

  4. You can test your branded URL forwarding by adding a booking code to the end of your URL. For example, https://www.your_dealer_domain.com/123456 for a job with booking code 123456

    Providing everything is set correctly, this branded URL will forward you to the Tjekvik home check-in page!

    (A customer booking code can be found on your Tjekvik Appointment Manager, within any appointment)
