The emails for customer check-in will send from [email protected] as we are unable to send from customers domains. However, you can change the sender ID to show your dealership name. An example of this is shown below:
To change your shop's email sender name follow the steps below:
Go into your General shop settings and click the customer communication tab
Scroll down to the email sender and type the name you would like shown here - please be aware this cannot include symbols, only letters and numbers
Scroll down and click save, this will now be shown on emails sent to customers.
