In the Installation Guide, we discussed where you should and should not mount your Outdoor kiosk. This is important because incorrect mounting of the kiosk can prevent rotation of the kiosk if there is not enough space behind the kiosk.
There are different ways to rotate the kiosk, depending on the serial number.
Serial numbers up to 44022230156 will have the anchor that is released as shown here.
If your kiosk does not rotate when you press the anchor up, you will need open the rear door to remove the shipping bolts inside.
There are 2 versions of the inner cabinet: with a door or with a removable panel. You may have to open the inner door or remove the panel to get access to the shipping bolts.
When you have rotated the kiosk back to the original position, use the Anchor to hold it in place.
From 44022230157 onward, you will need to open the back panel at the bottom by unscrewing as shown (save these screws for later)
Some kiosks will have 2 brackets that need to be removed to rotate the kiosk. This is shown below.
When you want to rotate the kiosk back, you replace these brackets to hold the kiosk straight again.
Other kiosks will have bolts to remove to allow rotation. Remove these bolts and the kiosk will rotate.
When you have rotated the kiosk back to the original position, you will replace these bolts to hold the kiosk straight again.
