Before starting, ensure power is off in the kiosk. You will need to open the top of the kiosk with the unique key. Open that door (behind the touchscreen) and the main power switch is on the right side.

  1. Open the rear door of the kiosk with key or PIN code. Depending on your kiosk, to access the lockers, you will have to open the inner door, or remove the additional security plate (keep these screws for later):

  2. The EN locks are the grey boxes sat on a plate at the back of each locker. Find the locker you are going to replace, and start the removal process by disconnecting the signal cable from it:

  3. There are 3 Philips bolts holding the locker in place, using a ratchet wrench or similar tool, unscrew them. (The bolts may require a little shaking to yield after unscrewing, you can use flat screwdriver to lift them)

  4. After all 3 bolts are removed you should be able to pull the EN lock out of the locker box.

  5. Having removed the old lock, place the replacement lock on the installation plate, screw the 3 bolts back in to hold the new lock in place, check that the lock is securely attached and does not move when shaken.

  6. Reconnect the signal cable to the new locker and turn the power back on. Once it receives power you should hear a rattling sound.

  7. You can now check if the locker is operational by opening it from Appointment Manager, in the Terminals area.

  8. If this test is successful, you can mount the additional security plate back in place or close the inner door, then close the back door of the kiosk, ensuring it is locked.
