Service Advisor identification in Tjekvik

When your DMS or workshop planner assigns a Service Advisor to appointments, Tjekvik now surfaces that information across three key touch points - so each service advisor can focus on their own customers and act fast.

1. Service Advisor filter in Appointment Manager

Service Advisors can now filter the Appointment Manager to show only their own appointments.

  • Select your name or ID from the Service Advisor filter at the top of the Appointment Manager

  • The filter is persistent - it stays active when you close and reopen the window, so you never have to set it again

  • The filter is available where your DMS or workshop planner provides Service Advisor assignment data. If you don't see this filter, your current integration may not support it

2. Service Advisor included in email notifications

All internal Tjekvik email notifications (triggered by Home Check-In, Kiosk Check-In, sold items, answered questions, etc.) now include the assigned Service Advisor's name in both the subject line and email body.

This allows notifications to be easily identified, sorted or forwarded to the right person without opening the full Appointment Manager.

3. Service Advisor listed on Appointment Summary PDF

The Appointment Summary PDF now includes the assigned Service Advisor's name when this information is available from your DMS or workshop planner integration.

This makes printed or shared summaries easier to manage and attribute to the right advisor.
