Keep All your Service Advisors in the loop

This setting allows you to easily keep your Service advisors in the loop with all the customer requirements and actions.

You can add either personal email addresses/Service Distribution groups/Shared Mailboxes in the selected field boxes for certain actions that have been taken by the customer which will notify your team via email.
