If you have Windows 11, you can crop and resize your images using Microsoft Paint.
Top Tip: Try to find an image with a similar layout to the layout you need. For example, you will need a landscape-style image for your parking photo, so start with an image that is a similar shape.
How to crop (with video demonstration):
Right-click on the image and choose to Open with Paint
Once it has opened, you can crop the image by dragging a corner on the right side to remove areas you do not need.
If you need to remove areas on the left side, just flip the image 180 degrees and crop from the right.
Your image is cropped. Now you can save it.
How to resize (with video demonstration for a 1024 x 512 parking image):
Right-click on the image and choose to Open with Paint
Once it has opened, click the "Resize and Skew" button
Change from Percentage to Pixels
Click the blue button between Horizontal and Vertical numbers to unlock aspect ratio
Change Horizontal to 1024, and change the Vertical to 512
Click OK and Save.
