Refreshed integration between Kobra and Tjekvik.

1: Writeback to source system (Kobra):

  • Contact update - when a Customer updates name, phone or email, it will be updated in Kobra accordingly (driver contact details). This is triggered after home check-in and after kiosk check-in.

  • Work Order rows update - upsell items, questions and remarks will be written back to work order job lines as either type I or T rows (this can be configured on demand by Tjekvik engineer per site level).

    Tjekvik will write back input gathered during home check-in and kiosk check-in in below structure. There are settings allowing to adjust some parts of it i.e. disable header/footer, disable labels, disable negative answers from being written back. If this requires adjustment - please contact [email protected].

  • Work Order status update

    • When kiosk check-in is completed - work status is set to #1

    • When kiosk check-out is completed - work status is set to #6
