To manually open the lockers in your Tjekvik Outdoor kiosk, follow the steps below:
Disable the alarm for your outdoor kiosk by going into the Terminal Settings in your Appointment Manager.
2. Open the back of your kiosk with your unique key and look at the lockerboard, which is mounted to the inside of the cabinet, at the top.
If you see a green light, you will need to supply 5V, 3A to open all lockers.
If you do not see the green light, you will need to supply 9V-12V, 3A to open all lockers.
Additional power is supplied through a USB C cable to the lockerboard. This is the same type of cable that many mobile phone and laptop chargers use.
Options to supply additional power*:
5V, 3A: phone charger, power bank, power from laptop USB port
9V-12V, 3A: laptop charger
*You will need to check the voltage output to confirm if the additional power source will have enough voltage for your situation:
Green light on lockerboard = 5V, 3A needed
NO green light on lockerboard = 9V - 12V, 3A needed
3. Connecting additional power source to lockerboard:
Plug in one end of the USB C cable to a power source.
Plug the USB C end of the cable directly into the left side of the lockerboard as shown. See below for a clearer view of the board with labels:
USB C port on lockerboard
12V power socket
VGA socket
Socket for "Open all lockers" cable (with button)
4. The cable labelled "Open all lockers" is then plugged into #4 as shown in video below:
Now you are ready to open all lockers
Press and hold the "Open all Lockers" button for 5 seconds or until first buzzing sound happens and the lockers will open from 1 to 10 in order.
When done, close all lockers, remove additional power cable and the "Open all Lockers" cable from the lockerboard and close the back of the kiosk. Ensure all locker doors are closed and secured.
Store the "Open all Lockers" cable in a safe place with your unique keys.
When the rear door is closed, you can enable the alarm again.
