How to encourage Customers to use OEM mobile app or customer portal via home and/or kiosk flow?

Support for OEM mobile applications or Customer portal in self-service flows.

To enable "download mobile app or get access link to portal" process step, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Tjekvik Dashboard

  2. Click Flow specific settings

  3. Select Download Our App / Access Link tab

  4. Configure / enable respective settings accordingly:

    1. Show Download App / Access Link page during, so new screen will be presented in Home and/or Kiosk flow(s)

    2. Send link to customer via, so link to app or portal will be sent in Home (desktop) or Kiosk

    3. Download / Access Link, so web address is:

      1. Opened during Home Check-In run on Customer's mobile device

      2. Sent during Home Check-In run on Customer's desktop device and Kiosk Check-In in Tjekvik Indoor/Outdoor Terminal

    4. Custom Image and Custom Text can be defined optionally

We recommend to use Smart Link technology, so when button is used by Customer during home check-in flow on mobile device, then Apple Store or Play Store is opened based on operating system (iOS and Android).
