To enable "download mobile app or get access link to portal" process step, follow the steps below:
Login to your Tjekvik Dashboard
Click Flow specific settings
Select Download Our App / Access Link tab
Configure / enable respective settings accordingly:
Show Download App / Access Link page during, so new screen will be presented in Home and/or Kiosk flow(s)
Send link to customer via, so link to app or portal will be sent in Home (desktop) or Kiosk
Download / Access Link, so web address is:
Opened during Home Check-In run on Customer's mobile device
Sent during Home Check-In run on Customer's desktop device and Kiosk Check-In in Tjekvik Indoor/Outdoor Terminal
Custom Image and Custom Text can be defined optionally
We recommend to use Smart Link technology, so when button is used by Customer during home check-in flow on mobile device, then Apple Store or Play Store is opened based on operating system (iOS and Android).
