To safely restart your Tjekvik kiosk follow the instructions below:

On the rear at the bottom of the kiosk above the network cable, you will see either a green/silver power button.

Press and hold the button for 5 seconds, this powers the kiosk OFF.

Wait a 10 seconds while the kiosks shuts down.

Once Off, press the reset button again to switch the kiosk ON.

The kiosk should now be back online. Important: DO NOT press the big red power button to power off the kiosk as this could cause some hardware components to fail.

If the dealership is going to be closed for a few days (Bank holidays) then after you properly power off the kiosk (Point 3) you will be able to press the Red Power button to fully remove all power going in to the kiosk.
