No problem! If your team prepared the vehicle for check-out you can still update the customer phone number, parking location and payment.

It is easy to amend these details after the vehicle has been set for check-out:

  • Car park location - If the vehicle has had to be moved.

  • Kiosk - If the customer needs to use a different kiosk to that originally allocated.

  • Mobile number - If the customer requests the SMS be sent to a different mobile number .

  • Payment link - If the customer needs to use the mobile payment option.

  • Check-out comments - Add or amend the comments to give the customer more details about the work completed.

How to amend in Appointment Manager:

  1. In Appointment Manager, we can see the car with registration JD002 is ready for Check Out, but if we want to amend any information, we just click here:

  2. In this screen, we can search for the registration of the car, then click Get Appointment

  3. When the appointment is found, click Check Out:

  4. The summary of the appointment will come up. Click OK to continue:

  5. This shows the car park image once more. Choose the parking location by clicking on the screen where the vehicle is parked and clicking save.

  6. The final screen will be displayed where you can amend the following:

    1. The kiosk where the keys are being held ready for collection (from the drop-down)

    2. The customer's mobile number (can be a different number if someone else is collecting the car)

    3. Add a payment link if needed.

    4. Add additional or new comments, or stick with the Standard Comment

  7. When all amendments have been made click confirm, the customer will receive a new SMS to check-out.
