How to retrieve the TeamViewer credentials from your Outdoor kiosk

In some cases, the TeamViewer ID and Password are not available to Tjekvik, so you will need to find them on the kiosk.

To access the PC, you will need to open the top of the kiosk. This is how to do that:

  1. Disable the alarm for your outdoor kiosk by going into the Terminal Settings in your Appointment Manager.

  2. The keyhole is behind a cover. Using the special screwdriver supplied with your kiosk, remove these screws to expose the keyhole. (keep the screws and cover somewhere safe)

  3. There is a rubber weatherproof seal around this door which can make it difficult to turn the key. Press the door closed to make it easier to turn the key (this can be a 2-person job)

  4. When the door is open, you will see the PC. There are several spare USB ports available to plug in a keyboard.

  5. On your keyboard, hold down Control + Escape to bring up this menu, then use the arrows on your keyboard to go to Internet, then TeamViewer:

  6. This may bring up your TeamViewer credentials, or the TeamViewer window may be hidden behind the main Check In window.

  7. If you cannot see the TeamViewer credentials, use Alt + Tab to bring up this:

  8. Press Alt+Tab on your keyboard to select the TeamViewer window:

  9. If you still see this white page, you can minimise this using the touchscreen:

  10. The TeamViewer credentials will be visible now:
