Prior to conducting any work on the kiosk please turn the machine off and unplug the power cable at the back of the unit.

To replace the PC unit, open the door at the back of the kiosk and follow these steps:

  • Using the key provided, please unlock & open the rear bottom panel

  • On the left hand side of the Kiosk, you will see a black box with cables coming out - (This is the PC)

  • Remove the cables that are plugged in to the PC (All cables will be labelled, please take pictures if you like when unplugging them). There will also be (POWER CABLE).

  • Unscrew the two screws for the PC Cover.

  • Find the 2 thin black + red wires for Power/Restart button & Speakers. These go through holes in the case (yellow arrows). Unplug them and pull them out through the holes in the PC case.

  • Unscrew the 4 Philips head screws in the corners of the PC holding it in place. Two on the left & two on the right.

  • Once all screws removed the PC will be able to be removed.

  • Once PC removed, replace with new PC and reverse the steps.

  • When reconnecting the Power/Restart button cable, make sure it is plugged in as shown below:
