How to Enable/Disable: Check-in/Check-out & no appointment

With this setting, you can select your default language of the kiosk and enable any additional languages if needed to give the best option for your customer.

You will also have the ability to enable/disable the three ways the customer can use the kiosk as shown in the picture below.

  • Check-in Enabled - Allows the customer to check their vehicle in using the kiosk for a quicker, more hassle-free way especially if they are in a rush.

  • Check-out Enabled - Allows the customer to check their vehicle out using the kiosk (providing they have paid online/over the phone).

  • Check-in without appointment Enabled - Allows the customer to use the Kiosk to Check their vehicle in without a pre-booked appointment imported from your DMS. (This option is generally used for Same-day/walk-in customers)

Once you have confirmed these settings you will be able to instantly see the changes on your Kiosk as shown in the picture below.
