SAFETY FIRST! ALWAYS TURN YOUR KIOSK OFF BEFORE ANY WORK IS STARTED AND UNPLUG FROM THE WALL.
Remember to disable your alarm in the Dashboard if it is enabled.
Unlock the rear bottom door using the key provided.
Unscrew the 2 screws on the PC and remove the cover to gain access to the inside.
Unplug the black and red power button cable from the board inside the PC.
Unscrew the two nuts from the protective cover (below the PC).
Then move the cover left and pull upwards to remove (this can be tricky).
Unscrew the two Screws from the Power/Network Panel.
Pull the Power/Network panel outward (or push from the inside)
If the bracket shown here (yellow box below) is blocking you, you will need to detach two connections from the Power/Network panel.
Unscrew the Network port and the bottom USB port (yellow arrows) and you will be able to pull the panel away from the kiosk (toward you)
When you have pulled out the Power/Network panel, you will be able to unscrew the faulty Restart button. There is a nut on the back so you will probably need a wrench or pliers.
Remove the faulty button and fit a new button. Plug the wire into the PC board as it was before:
Put the Network/Power panel back where it was. If you have detached the Network Port and bottom USB port (step 9), you can re-attach these now.
Then screw the Power/Network Panel back in place.
Re-attach the protective cover back into place with the nuts.
Re-attach the PC cover with the screws.
Turn power back on and press the restart button.
