How to use dual action "open locker" buttons in Appointment Manager?

Dual action buttons were introduced to simplify appointment processing and enabled possibility to open locker with or without status change.

  • Open locker after kiosk check-in conducted by Customer to pick-up the key and move appointment to PRODUCTION (to reflect that repair is started):

  • Open locker to pick-up the key that was initially prepared for check-out, but Customer visited you at the desk so you need to manually return back his/her vehicle and finalize the process:

  • Temporary locker opening without status change:
