To enable this option please follow the steps below:
Login to your Tjekvik dashboard and click General Shop Settings
Click on the customer communication tab
Scroll down and enable Customer Home Check-In SMS and Customer Home Check-In Email
Press save, we would suggest you create a test appointment so you are able to test the check-in flow which your customers will be following.
You can send individual appointment notifications following the below steps within the appointment itself.
Within the appointment, click on the drop-down to send home check-in SMS/EMAIL or where possible In-App.
Click which option you would like to send
Home check-in SMS notification triggered.
